Mallard Lake Apartments is happy to offer this Online Rent Payment service for the convenience of our residents. Should you wish to pay your rent online with a credit card or personal check, you can now do so at any time of day from anywhere in the world!*

When making your rent payment online, please enter the full amount of your monthly rent in the box below. A $40 convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions and a $3 convenience fee will be added to all e-check transactions. Be sure to include your full Mallard Lake address so that we can apply the payment to the correct unit. If you encounter any problems during this process, please contact the Leasing Office at (847) 398-1200. 

*All rents are due no later than 11:59pm on the 5th of every month.

A Note About Our Convenience Fee:
Creditors charge a 4% minimum fee for all transactions made with a credit card. The convenience fee you pay to use our online system covers this charge. Mallard Lake Apartments does not profit from this convenience fee in any way. Remember, it only costs $3 to pay with an electronic check. 

For Transactions Larger than $1,200.00:
The $40.00 convenience fee listed below only covers transactions up to $1,200.00. For rent payments totaling any amount larger than $1,200.00, please call the Leasing Office to calculate your convenience fee before processing your transaction. This includes pre-payments of rent and early termination fees. Any transactions processed with the wrong convenience fee will not be considered recieved and applied until all fees have been collected by the Leasing Office. Thank you.
