Community Policies
These forms list your responsibilities as a resident of Mallard Lake Apartments. You are required to sign these policies and procedures when you move into your apartment. We have listed them here for your convenience. Please note that these policies and procedures are subject to change at anytime. You will be informed of changes via the Mallard Lake newsletter, mail, phone, or notice posted on your unit door.

Authorized Occupant Forms
These forms are required for all persons living in the apartment who are over the age of 18 but are NOT leaseholders. You will be subject to a criminal background check. Please complete the following forms and submit them to the Leasing Office.

Early Termination Policies
If you would like to terminate your lease prior to the current lease-end date, see the office for details.
|
|
Lease Revision Forms
Should you need to change any information on your lease, please print and fill out the corresponding form. Submit to the Leasing Office when complete.

Corporate Housing
If your apartment will be held in the name of a company or your place of business, please fill out this application and submit it to the Leasing Office for review.
|

Notice to Vacate Policies
You must give at least 60 days written notice to the Mallard Lake Leasing Office if you intend to move out of your apartment. Please review the required form and submit to the Leasing Office. Lease renewal paperwork will be mailed to your home at the end of your current lease.

Pet Policies
Mallard Lake welcomes up to two cats in select units. The following forms must be reviewed and submitted in order to obtain a pet in one of our cat-buildings. Pet rent and pet deposit required.
