Mallard Lake welcomes cats in designated one and two-bedroom apartments throughout the property.

• Up to two cats are allowed in each designated cat-unit.
• There is a one-time non-refundable Cat Fee of $300. After that, owner must pay $25 in Cat Rent per month for the first cat, and an additional $10 per month for the second cat.
• A copy of the cat's last veterinary visit including current vaccination records (rabies) and a photo of the cat(s) are required.
• Cats are required to be spayed or neutered if they are older than six months.
• Cats are not required to be de-clawed.
• Cats must remain indoors at all times and are not allowed in any common areas of the building.
• Sorry, no dogs allowed.
